Delivery Terms of Bunny Tea & More

These delivery terms apply to all product deliveries by Bunny Tea & More, located in Enschede, to its customers.

Definitions

In these delivery terms, the following are understood as:

Bunny Tea & More: the general partnership Bunny Tea & More, located in Enschede, Haverstraatpassage 72, 7511 EX, registered in the Chamber of Commerce under number 90933184.
Customer: the natural person or legal entity who makes a purchase from Bunny Tea & More. Products: all goods sold by Bunny Tea & More to the customer.

Applicability

These delivery terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Bunny Tea & More, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Offers

All offers from Bunny Tea & More are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bunny Tea & More reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without any obligation.

Price

The prices of the products are listed in euros and include VAT. Bunny Tea & More reserves the right to change prices.

Payment

The customer can pay for the order via iDeal, Credit card, or cash.

Exchange and Return

Exchange is possible within 8 days of purchase, provided there is a receipt. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchange is not possible for Bullbe Tea, Bubble Tea D.I.Y Kits and sale items.

Complaints

Complaints about the products must be reported in writing to Bunny Tea & More within 8 days of purchase. Bunny Tea & More will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

Liability

Bunny Tea & More is not liable for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the products.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all offers, orders, and agreements of Bunny Tea & More.
